Accommodations - you will have while in the Orlando / Kissimmee area.
Your Executive Style Vacation Home is a two story with 2,600 sq. ft. of air conditioned living space.
6 bedrooms, with 4 baths, (1st floor master bedroom with king size bed & bath. 2nd floor master bedroom with queen size bed & bath, the other 4 bedrooms have 2 twin beds).
All 6 Bedrooms Have Pillow Topped Mattresses and there are additional pillows for your sleeping comfort.
Grand Room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper.
2 port-a-cribs, 1 highchair, 2 Graco fold down strollers, 2 umbrella Strollers, 1 baby bath.
All linens are provided for bedding, bath towels, dish towels, and pool towels.
All 4 Baths have Hair Dryers.
This beautiful home is Florida State Licensed to accommodate up to 14 Guests. (NO PETS PLEASE. We love our pets, but the home is not set up to accommodate pets. If our management company discovers that you have a pet on the premises you will be asked to vacate and no refund will be given.)
There are 3 cable TV's and 3 VCR's (32" 2 tuner with picture in picture TV and VCR in the Gathering Room, the 2 Master Bedrooms have a 25" TV with VCR).
Portable Phone with Digital Message Recorder located in the kitchen, a Phone-Clock-Radio in the 2 Master Bedrooms, and an extra phone in the loft.
An additional Phone Jack in Lanai area.
Though Kissimmee vacation homes only include local calling to Kissimmee, we have included Orlando and Lake Buena Vista for your convenience. (You will need a calling card for all other areas.)
The kitchen is equipped with oven/range combination, built in microwave, 25 cu. ft. refrigerator with water & ice dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cooking utensils, stock pots & pans, 2 double stove top griddles, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, etc. (If you're dinning out there are plenty of restaurants and fast food places just a mile away.)
The house also has an inside Laundry Room with a washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board.
There is plenty of parking, with a 2 car garage and a 70' long driveway.
Pool
The Private Pool size of 30 ft. x 14 ft. has an attached Spa, with a depth from 3 to 6 feet. The Screened in area is 37 ft. x 27 ft.
The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional cost.
The advanced Aqua Link Control System takes care of the pool and spa automatically. That means no more fiddling with control valves, only control buttons right from the spa.
Security
Monitored Security & Fire System.
All 6 bedrooms have Interconnected Smoke Detectors.
In addition to the standard front door Emergency Lights there are Emergency Lights in the loft, cafe, gathering room, laundry room, and 1st floor master bath.
